Applicants for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Doctoral Program in Management must meet the following requirements and pass the admission interview.
Possess a Master's degree (preferably business-related) from a recognised university; and
Have eight years or more of senior management experience; and
Successfully completed the Southern University of Science and Technology's senior corporate executive research and analysis skills training program.
Applicants who can provide proof of academic qualifications equivalent to those in the Southern University of Science and Technology's Senior Executive Research and Analytical Skills Training Program may be considered on an individual basis.
Senior managers holding undergraduate degrees and recognized professional qualifications may be considered on an individual basis.
Applicants whose native language is not English and who do not have a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent from an English-speaking institution must pass the English language test arranged by PolyU. Otherwise, they must meet the minimum English language requirements of PolyU. Please refer to the PolyU Academic Affairs Office website for details.
