  • Possess a Master's degree (preferably business-related), and
  • 8 or more years of senior management experience.
  • Senior managers holding undergraduate degrees and recognized professional qualifications may be considered on an individual basis.

Applicants whose native language is not English and who do not have a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent from an English-speaking institution must pass the English language test arranged by PolyU. Otherwise, they must meet the minimum English language requirements of PolyU. Please refer to the PolyU Academic Affairs Office website for details.
