The course aims to train senior executives to become "scholar leaders" who can apply their research findings to solve problems in the real world. The course integrates academic content and practical management, which is crucial for students' personal careers.
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to improve their knowledge, skills and abilities as defined in the broad learning outcomes, which are based on the following specific learning objectives:
General Business Knowledge
Learning Objectives: Expand, update and strengthen students’ knowledge of business administration and management and understand the changes brought about by digital transformation to business
Professional knowledge
Learning objectives: In-depth knowledge of various professional fields, including a preliminary understanding of the impact of digital technology
Applied Research
Learning Objective: To develop students’ ability to conduct original applied research and awareness of business ethics

The course aims to train senior executives to become "scholar leaders" who can apply their research findings to solve problems in the real world. The course integrates academic content and practical management, which is crucial for students' personal careers.

General Business Knowledge
Learning Objectives: Expand, update and strengthen students’ knowledge of business administration and management and understand the changes brought about by digital transformation to business
Professional knowledge
Learning objectives: In-depth knowledge of various professional fields, including a preliminary understanding of the impact of digital technology
Applied Research
Learning Objective: To develop students’ ability to conduct original applied research and awareness of business ethics
Possess a Master's degree (preferably business-related), and
8 or more years of senior management experience.
Senior managers holding undergraduate degrees and recognized professional qualifications may be considered on an individual basis.
Applicants whose native language is not English and who do not have a bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent from an English-speaking institution must pass the English language test arranged by PolyU. Otherwise, they must meet the minimum English language requirements of PolyU. Please refer to the PolyU Academic Affairs Office website for details.
