Train yourself as a manager, analyst or highly qualified professional able to play a key role in responding to service management challenges in various socio-community and health fields: social work, health and rehabilitation, accommodation, penal and correctional services, or community services. To be eligible as a regular student, the candidate must meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

Required diplomas and admission thresholds: Quebec

To meet the Université de Montréal average of 3.0 out of 4.3, candidates from this province must meet the following requirements:

Accepted diploma: Baccalaureate, Bachelor; duration of 3 years, or other undergraduate degree deemed equivalent.

Conditions specific to this program

To be eligible as a regular student for the Social Administration option, the candidate must:

  • Meet the general eligibility conditions for graduate and postdoctoral studies
  • Hold a first cycle university degree (bachelor's degree) or equivalent
  • Have obtained in the 1st cycle an average of at least 3.2 out of 4.3 or the equivalent
  • Have professional experience deemed relevant of at least two years.
  • Have taken a biostatistics course in the last five years. In the absence of this course, the student will have to register for a course of 3 complementary credits at the start of their training.
