Diagnostic Radiography is an allied health profession which uses cutting edge technology to produce diagnostic images in a clinical setting. On this degree programme you will learn to use a range of imaging techniques to assess injuries and illnesses. We will help you develop the skills and adaptability you need to deliver high quality patient-centred care in a range of settings. You will learn about communication and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You'll study the core subjects of anatomy, physiology, pathology, physics and clinical imaging in order to be able to apply them to clinical situations. Your study will include clinical placements in a variety of NHS and private settings to give you a diverse experience to prepare for your future career as a Diagnostic Radiographer. You will be able to put theory into practice in our new radiography suite which simulates real clinical settings.
