The following information needs to be submitted to be considered for the program: Submit online application; Provide a statement of purpose: one-page essay of career goals and objectives;  Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended (except USU transcripts); Entrance Exam: GMAT (Average: 540), GRE (Average: 149 Verbal, 151 Quant, 3.5 Analytical Writing), or MAT (Average: 505-510) test scores, or portfolio waiver, or previous master’s degree; Submit three contacts for letters of recommendation; Provide a résumé; AND Pay $55 nonrefundable application fee.
