Academic Prerequisites: (1) Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with minimum average of B+ (3.3/4.3 GPA); (2) Cumulative minimum average of A- (3.7/4.3 GPA) in 10 full-year English Literature courses (or equivalent); (3) Applicants are expected to have taken courses in most major fields of English literature from the medieval period to the present, and in literary theory. // Other Requirements: (1) Statement of Intent; (2) Writing sample (MPhil and Ph.D. applicants) to be sent directly to English Department. // For further information on admission requirements please check with the University for entry.
