This 36-credit-hour residential program can be completed in either 9 or 16 months. With curriculum aligned to Society for Human Resource

Management (SHRM) standards, students learn talent acquisition and retention, negotiations, organizational behavior and change management. MSHRM students gain practical experience through consulting projects, study abroad, case competitions, conferences, and involvement in Purdue’s student-run SHRM chapter. With HR jobs projected to grow 28% by 2030, our MSHRM graduates achieved a 100% employment rate within six months of graduation, with an average salary of $91,500 and an average bonus of $6,917.
