In the field of education, the goal of GPE in the direction of training Pasture Management is: training of specialists in pasture management, possessing basic knowledge of pasture resources, practical skills of management and rational use of pastures in the conditions of climate change, allowing the graduate to work successfully in the chosen field of activity, contributing to his social mobility and sustainability in the labor market.
The field of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training Pasture management includes: natural-scientific, technical and production, economic, administrative and legal measures for the use of pastures and environmental protection; preservation and improvement of the gene pool of flora and fauna of the planet, organization of environmentally friendly technologies for the production of livestock products; organization of grazing; application of rules, norms and standards for the use, reproduction and restoration of pastures; establishment of restrictions and prohibitions on the use of pastures.
The objects of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training are: all types of farm animals, vegetation, soil and water resources of pastures, pasture infrastructure, climate, weather, production and primary processing of livestock products; selection and breeding of farm animals, feed and feed additives, fertilizers and pest control of plants and animals.Types of professional activities of graduates: Bachelors in the direction of training Pasture management is prepared for the following types of professional activity:
ü production-technological;
ü organizational and managerial;
ü research.
Bachelor in the direction of training Pasture Management should solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activities:
production and technological activity: planning and organization of effective use of animals, materials and equipment; production control of technological process parameters and quality of livestock products obtained in pasture conditions.
organizational and managerial activity: participation in the preparation of technical documentation (work schedules, instructions, plans, estimates, requests for materials, equipment); organization of the work of teams of performers; development of operational plans of primary production units; to carry out business communication (public speeches, negotiations, meetings, business correspondence).
research activity: participation in research projects to develop new methods of pasture improvement and pasture management; study and use scientific and technical information, domestic and foreign experience on the subject of research; work with modern computer and analytical programs; participate in the study of soils, water and forage grasses for quality indicators.
Graduates of universities, who have fully mastered the basic educational program of higher professional education in Bachelor's degree and successfully passed the state final certification in the prescribed manner, are awarded a diploma of higher education with the academic degree "Bachelor".
The normative term of mastering the main educational program of higher professional education training of bachelors in the direction of "Pasture management" on the basis of secondary general or secondary vocational education in full-time education is not less than 4 years, which corresponds to at least 240 credits.

Master's programs at the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin (KNAU) offer students the opportunity to gain deeper knowledge and skills in agriculture, engineering, land management, water resources management, agronomy, ecology, agro-processing, economics and other related fields.
The duration of Master's program is 2 years. The educational process includes lectures, practical classes, laboratory work, as well as the completion and defense of a master's thesis. Students can also participate in research and practical projects conducted by university professors and scientists.
