1. As one of the cutting-edge majors at Van Lang University, the program aims to train designers with the ability to turn ideas into beauty products such as costumes and accessories. The Fashion Design Bachelor's degree training program at Van Lang University has attracted a lot of public attention over the years, making Van Lang University one of the most prestigious fashion design training institutions in the country. Here, we aim to provide learners with the freedom to create with materials and colors, master design skills and production processes to create beautiful and highly applicable designs.
2. The primary learning outcomes of this program is that by the end of the course, students will have achieved their own development goals, thinking abilities, learning methods, multidisciplinary understanding, and the necessary skills of the new age:
Knowledge competencies - to have the ability to apply the foundational knowledge of culture, arts and skills in the major into Fashion Design jobs in a professional manner.
Skill Competencies - to acquire the problem-solving, systematic thinking, critical thinking and creative thinking skills; to develop communication skills and leadership skills in multifunctional, multicultural teams and adapt to contemporary changes in the field of fashion design.
Autonomy and responsibility competencies - to have spirits of progress and learning, passion for art and lifelong learning; to respect cultural differences and diversity, always aim to improve people’s aesthetics and work for the benefit of the community and society.
