This program aims to prepare future data scientists for the country and beyond - data science is the science of collecting, processing, managing and analyzing data to discover the knowledge contained. The information that has been discovered plays an important role in making future decisions for action or strategic planning.
2. The primary learning outcomes of this program is that by the end of the course, students will be able to work in international environment with the below necessary competencies, amongst many others as desired by the industry:
Mastering technical expertise: be proficient in techniques to solve the problems in data science industry.
Ability to apply multi-knowledge : be able to apply interdisciplinary knowledge (e.g. natural science, social science, human environment,...) to solve problems related to the field of data science.
Application of statistics and data analysis platform : be able to apply general principles and core technical foundational elements in the field of statistics and data analysis to Data Science.
Capacity for autonomy and responsibility : to demonstrate work ethics, community responsibility, and participation in lifelong learning.
