UW–Madison’s Master of Engineering in Engineering Management program is the proven choice, whether you are interested in an engineering leadership position or are already an experienced leader looking to strengthen your effectiveness. Working with senior faculty who have broad industry experience and strong academic credentials, you interpret and analyze corporate financial data, build leadership and communications skills, and synthesize data to make sound engineering and business decisions. This program is an alternative to an MBA, specifically designed for engineering leaders. Our over 400 graduates now hold management positions ranging from project managers to CEO. Classes are online, so you can choose when to do most of your learning each week. Meet your cohort of fellow engineers on UW–Madison’s campus in an optional summer 3-day residency. Our students say that our cohort-based approach is essential for providing the relationships, support, and encouragement that make on-time graduation achievable.
