To qualify for entry into the Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management you’ll need to need to have one of the following:

  • A bachelor degree in a related field*
  • A bachelor degree in any field + three years construction industry experience at a managerial level
  • An accredited diploma in a related field* + three years construction experience at a managerial level
  • An accredited diploma in an unrelated field + five years construction experience at a managerial level
  • A recognised and relevant professional qualification + 5 years of work experience in the construction industry at a management level. Professional qualifications include membership of the: (1) Australian Institute of Building (AIB); (2) Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); (3) Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS); (4) Master Builders Association (MBA); or (5) Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
*Related fields are:

  • Built environment disciplines
  • Engineering
  • Business
  • Law
Please note: The Graduate Certificate is not available to international students as it can only be undertaken on a part-time basis.
