Honours degree at 2:2 or above in computing, education or a therapeutic subject OR an equivalent qualification (e.g. postgraduate certificate/ diploma of education) OR experience in assistive technology and special education.

You will be invited for an online interview. The interview will test your experience, motivation, and suitability to work with potentially vulnerable people.

You will need to be employed in a role suitable for the learning outcomes to be achieved. This could include a teaching, therapy or assistive technology focussed role in a school, college, university, third sector, or care organisation.

Please provide:

  • details of your employment on your personal statement
  • a letter of support from a suitable senior member of staff in your employing organisation indicating their support for you to undertake the course

You will have to obtain a full disclosure / Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) member status or equivalent before starting this course.

If you do not have a suitable employment context please contact us to discuss your application. It may be possible to arrange a suitable placement opportunity, however this must be agreed and arranged with the programme team in advance.
