The supporting competencies of graduates are managerial skills, including (1) the ability to work together in a team, (2) the ability to communicate effectively, (3) the ability to have a leadership spirit, (4) the ability to have an entrepreneurial spirit, (5) the ability to commit to quality improvement, timeliness, and continuous improvement in social fields.
