General Description:
The MSc in engineering of City Planning is an advanced and prestigious postgraduate qualification ideal for those who want to increase their knowledge in the process of designing and organizing the uses of space with an emphasis on the physical form, economic functions and social impacts of space. The master's program in city planning usually takes two years to complete the master's degree.
Course Name:
MSc. in Engineering of City planning.
Details on Master Courses:
According to regulation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the duration of study is 2 years as below:
First Year:
· First Semester: comprises five modules, including two general modules and three core modules relevant to the department.
· Second Semester: includes five core modules specifically related to the department.
Second Year:
· In the second year, comprises of two semesters (1st and 2nd Semester), students undertake their MSc. Thesis
The MSc program is structured with a total of 120 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits as follows:

How to Apply:
· Obtain official transcripts for transfer credit.
· Complete the admission application.
· Write a personal statement.
· Success in the competitive exam.
Language Requirement:
· English language skill is required (IELTS-Academic, TOEFL, PTE, Language Center Certificate).
Scientific Ability Exam Process:
· It includes some core modules, mostly between 4-5, which are specified by the postgraduate scientific committee in the college.
· A written examination typically spans approximately three hours.
· The competition is among students who succeeded in the exam.
· Students who passed the exam are competing; based on the number of available seats.
Thesis Submission Process:
· Get the supervisor's approval on the thesis.
· College formatting approval with college affiliation (before defense).
· Submit the first copy of the MSc thesis to the graduate study office.
· Scientific evaluation approval of master’s thesis.
· Submit a paper copy to the thesis examination committee.
· Makes the corrections specified by the thesis examination committee.
· Signed papers (after successful defense).
