A conferred associate's degree from a select technical degree program (90 or more quarter hours or 60 or more semester hours including 23 lab-based technical semester credit hours) from a regionally accredited community college, regional campus, technical college, or university. Cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher.
