The Academy of Logistics and Transport (ALT) offers 40 bachelor's degree programs at 4 faculties, which are among the leaders of the national subject rating of Kazakhstan. Students can join bachelor's degree programs in a wide range of disciplines, ranging from technical sciences (chemistry, geography, mathematics, and physics) to social sciences, architecture, information, and Communication Technologies. Students can also choose from several joint dual degree programs in collaboration with leading universities from around the world. Undergraduate educational programs prepare students for critical thinking, comprehensive lifelong learning, and becoming future leaders in their specialties. Most ALT undergraduate programs are accredited by accrediting agencies such as IQAA, IAR.

International undergraduate students study for four years. ALT undergraduate studies include lectures, seminars and laboratory work conducted at the institutes (faculties) and departments of the Academy. ALT has no quotas for international admission, and about 1% of applicants are international students, and their number is increasing every year.

The period of international acceptance of applications in the current academic year lasts all summer. Foreign applicants register on a special website, and prospective students must pass an interview in advance. The application process is generally the same for both international and national students. The Academy accepts applications for training from schools in various countries.

Tuition fees are currently set by the Academy at an affordable price. The tuition fee does not include accommodation or meals.

All students find themselves in an innovative educational environment, and they have access to specialized libraries and computer facilities, as well as access to the Silk Road scientific workshop, technopark, business incubator, and Cisco Academy, Smart Academy 1C, provided by the Academy by enterprises and other organizations of Kazakhstan and foreign countries. Every year, students of the Academy can study at the world's leading universities as part of the Academic Mobility program or join international summer schools.

The Logistics and Transport Academy offers 28 full Master's degrees and 14 full doctoral programs that will help you move up the career ladder. The Academy is the main higher education institution for the preparation of master's and doctoral students. While studying for a master's degree, students have the opportunity to gain experience in international summer schools and short intensive programs. They are funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Students who have received a Ph.D. degree must complete a one-month international internship as part of their studies. All doctoral students can have one local and one international scientific consultant.

All ALT postgraduate education programs are accredited by accrediting diploma programs such as IQAA, IAAR. ALT has entered into dual degree agreements with German universities (Technical University of Dresden and University of Magdeburg) and maintains partnerships with about 50 universities around the world. ALT covers a wide range of interrelated disciplines, and our training programs offer you a high degree of flexibility and choice, as well as career relevance.

The Academy of Logistics and Transport actively engages doctoral students to work on various innovative projects and programs, including projects carried out jointly with international organizations related to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
