It combines knowledge of public policy theory and practice to enable professionals to be effective policy practitioners who can work in or with governments to shape how policy agendas are negotiated and how public policies are designed and implemented. The MPPM is for working professionals who want to pursue or accelerate their career in a policy-related field as a policy practitioner, adviser, analyst or advocate. This degree will equip you with industry-relevant specialist skills and prepare you for working and living in a world of constant technological, environmental, political and demographic change. The course provides an immersive and interactive learning experience and is designed to foster skills to critically evaluate evidence, develop and support arguments, conduct research using a variety of methodological approaches, communicate with impact, and understand the possibilities and challenges of public policy practice and reform.
