Education Studies is designed for students who desire a career in education outside the classroom. Since education studies is not tied to teacher certification students have the flexibility to explore a wide range of education topics related to policy-making to wellness and justice. And, you’ll study the social and ethical contexts of education to create an effective learning environment for multicultural communities. As an Education Studies major, you’ll develop the ability to analyze, advocate, and innovate in education, schooling, and learning spaces.
