MSU's Bachelor in Pharmaceuticals Technology programme prepares you to become an expert in the production of pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and nutraceutical products. You will also be fully knowledgeable in new product development process, packaging, quality control, quality assurance, factory and laboratory management, warehouse and stock distribution management, and work process design in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The programme curriculum and delivery techniques are designed to ensure that you will have the theoretical and industry knowledge and also the transferable skills needed to be ready for a career in pharmaceuticals technology.

Entry Requirements:

  • STPM / Matriculation / A-Level / Pre-University / Foundation C (2.50 CGPA) in Biology/Physics and Chemistry; AND
  • SPM or equivalent CREDIT or equivalent in five (5) subjects including three (3) from Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, English; OR
  • Diploma (MQF Level 4) in a related field 2.50 CGPA; CGPA below 2.50 may be supported by at least two (2) years (24 months) working experience in a relevant field; OR
  • South Australia Matriculation (SAM) At least 65-70% of the aggregate or TER / UAI 75; OR
  • Canadian Pre-University (CPU) At least 80% aggregate; OR
  • Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) Grade B in five (5) subjects; OR
  • Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
