Knowledge of industry practice, together with management skills and research competencies, are cultivated through education in interdisciplinary subjects, problem identification, decision-making theory and management applications. Due to the global nature of the hospitality industry, this programme maintains an international focus, while recognising the distinctive characteristics of the Asian context.
Characteristics Students receive a flexible, global, managerial and service-oriented education, which enables them to effectively link business theories to the daily management of international hospitality businesses. The programme is a combination of practical applications and theoretical education, and is thus an excellent learning experience. Students gain the understanding, skills and latest techniques needed to qualify for middle- to senior-level positions in the industry.
