What to Expect in Clarkson's 3+1 BS/MBA Accelerated Program  When applying to Clarkson for undergraduate admissions, you will also apply to our residential MBA program with an additional application. 
Upon fulfilling all admission requirements and academic criteria in your undergraduate program, you'll enter our Master's of Business Administration program with no further application required.
Build your path towards your goals with support from the dedicated 3+1 program faculty advisor. You will select coursework aligned with your interest and goals, including graduate coursework that you'll start in your third year. Upon completion of the program, your skill set will be refined, business acumen industry ready, and outcomes that you expect from Clarkson University.

Special Advising At the David D. Reh School of Business, we pride ourselves on the personalized attention that each student gets. One of our strongest features is academic advising. Every undergrad is assigned an academic advisor at the beginning of their studies. You are required to meet with your advisor at least once per semester and are encouraged to meet with them on a regular basis.
The academic advisor does more than ensure their students meet the requirements to graduate. They help them transition into college life and integrate into the community. They can answer questions about the curriculum and evaluate each student's progress. Academic advisors also help students find opportunities, like study abroad programs, and connect them with resources like the Student Success Center.
Students in the 3+1 Accelerated Program will receive all the support they need to stay on track and complete their studies on time.

A full list of the undergraduate programs available at Clarkson University is available here. The university uses the Common App for its applications, and undergraduate applicants must provide an official secondary school transcript, mark sheets and national exam scores (if applicable). They must also provide two letters of recommendation, SAT or ACT score reports (SAT code 2084, ACT code 2698) and TOELF or IELTS scores to show English proficiency if necessary. The priority deadline for international applicants is January 15th, after which applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. All admitted applicants are considered for merit funding, which ranges from $5,000 to $30,000 per year. Clarkson also participates in the #YouAreWelcomeHere scholarship program, which will has a deadline of January 15th.

Entry requirements vary by program go to our website for specific information about applying. Typically applicants must submit an application form, transcripts from all post-secondary education, including courses and grades, two-three letters of recommendation, an essay or statement of purposes, and a resume. Business programs will require GMAT scores, while most other courses will require GRE scores. Engineering programs based at the university’s Capital Region Campus don’t require GRE or GMAT testing. TOEFL or IELTS scores may be required to show English proficiency.

Tuition fees for international students at the postgraduate level vary depending on the program, ranging from $961 to $1,606 per credit. All admitted applicants are considered for financial assistance. For master’s students, funding is usually in the form of a partial-tuition scholarship or assistantship. Some admitted PhD applicants are offered full funding, based on the teaching and research needs of the student’s department. Only merit-based aid is available.
