Admission Requirements

To access this MBA it is essential to have an official university degree or Bachelor's degree, primarily in Psychology, Law, Labor Sciences, Business Administration and Labor Relations or related qualifications. It is also necessary to have a medium level of English (it will be evaluated in the interview).
A personal interview will be held with the candidates to enter the Master, in which professional experience, motivation to complete the Program, complementary training to the Master's study area and languages ​​will be assessed.  
It is incorporated as an exit requirement to have at least one year of professional experience. This means that, in order for a student to receive her MBA degree, she will have to prove having worked for at least 12 months. Professional practices will count towards meeting this requirement.
