Admission Requirements

Applicants seeking admission to the SLSU Graduate School must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized academic institution for Master’s program applicants and a Master’s degree for the Doctoral program applicants. Applicants are required to submit the following requirements:

  • Accomplished Application Form (Form SLSU-QF-GS19)
  • Transcript of Record (TOR) from the last school attended (with Informative or Further Studies Indicated Purpose)
  • A non-refundable Application Fee of P1, 000.00. For payment, please contact Cashier’s Office at 0908 816 2178 or facebook.com
  • Sealed Letters of Recommendation applicants from previous professors, supervisors/colleagues. (Form SLSU-QF-GS21) - Two (2) sealed letters for Master’s degree applicants / Three (3) for Doctoral degree
  • Research Plan/Proposal/Outline (Title, Introduction, Materials,& Methods/Methodology, References)

  • Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
