Be part of our Global Sustainability Institute and learn in partnership with the Eden Project. You'll meet sustainability researchers from a range of disciplines and learn from inspirational practitioners, as well as gaining hands-on experience. Study by distance learning, with residential or virtual stays in Cambridge and in Cornwall.

We’ll give you the knowledge, skills and critical thinking tools to lead the way to a more sustainable future in business, government and society.

In the first trimester the modules use a systems approach to give you leading-edge knowledge of key sustainability challenges, and of the scientific findings and policy issues that underlie them. Delivered as a blend of online material and week-long ‘residentials’ you’ll develop your ability to understand complex environmental, economic and social systems and apply this knowledge to help create a more sustainable future.

In the second trimester you’ll learn how to apply this knowledge in different contexts, as a sustainable business and for a sustainable economy. You’ll also spend two residential weeks learning and living at the Eden Project in Cornwall, experiencing first-hand how it functions as a world-renowned visitor attraction, educational center and sustainable business.
