The Graduate School at Wayne State University advances graduate education and cultivates a supportive environment for research, scholarly activities and other creative endeavors that are integral to successful graduate students, faculty members and programs. It assures the quality and integrity of graduate programs and monitors the academic requirements for Ph.D. degrees, specific master’s degrees and graduate certificates.
The Graduate School administers and regulates funds that support graduate studies and disseminates information related to graduate programs and policies. The school hosts the Graduate and Postdoctoral Research Symposium, encouraging postdoctoral fellows, doctoral and master’s students to share their research experiences across disciplines.
