A Notre Dame education is a rigorous one that prepares you for business with a balanced worldview. It develops you as a leader — true to your core values — with the moral courage to act with integrity. It pushes you to see business as more than a career but a vocation to serve the common good.

At Notre Dame, you will study business at the intersection of personal growth, business growth and societal growth. You will explore the integration of personal development, a commitment to the betterment of business and the good of all stakeholders. We believe there are three keys to growing the good in business today: we contribute to a better future for all humanity, we cooperate with everyone around us, and we compete in the marketplace by growing toward the best version of ourselves and through helping others do the same.

The fundamental commitments that we make to students that shape our curricula and differentiate a Notre Dame education are our commitment to:

Integral Leadership Development - we develop servant leaders who are committed to personal growth, business growth and contributing to society at large.

Experiential Learning on the Front Lines - we provide students with real-world experiences that allow them to develop, apply and hone their evolving skills.

A Community of Mutual Advancement - we believe in the creation of a culture in which we succeed together, in solidarity, sharing priorities in recognition of a shared purpose to contribute to human flourishing. The Notre Dame community—fellow students, faculty, staff, alumni—is here to support and inspire each student to achieve all they can in business and all they can for the world.
