The diploma, taught entirely in English, is designed to obtain an international professional profile, with solid notions of Anglo-Saxon law. A diploma that completes the notions of European (continental) law taught at Degree Law.
The AALP allows student to learn about another legal system, such as Common Law. This is increasingly used and is gaining prominence on the international scene, for example, in negotiations, trials and alternative dispute resolution.
This is a new style to study law in Spain: European law and Anglo-American law together in the same degree. The AALP takes place during the regular academic semester at the University of Navarra Law School and covers the major topics of the common law system. The AALP is taught by professors from the U.S. Law Schools. It is important to note that the AALP is compatible with the International Business Law Program (IBLP) and completes the Global Law Program (GLP).
