Admission Requirements

You must have completed one of the following:

A relevant bachelors degree with a GPA of 4.0 or higher in at least 90 points of the most advanced courses, or the equivalent

or

A relevant bachelors degree and 60 points in the Postgraduate Certificate in Property Practice or Postgraduate Diploma in Property Practice with a GPA of 4.0 or higher, provided the postgraduate certificate has not been awarded

or

The Postgraduate Diploma in Business in Property Practice with a GPA of 4.0 or higher, or the equivalent

Note: A relevant degree may be in architecture, arts, business, education, engineering, health sciences, medical sciences, law, planning, sciences or technology.

Students who have previously been awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Property will not be admitted to the programme.
