General objective:

Train management professionals with a theoretical-practical domain in the areas of economic, administrative, financial knowledge and the production of goods and services, considering a comprehensive profile based on a model that fosters skills and abilities through participation, that will allow you to be in accordance with the demands of the versatile and changing environment of the country; prepared to project and develop strategic plans, organizational structures and management principles that guarantee the efficient operational functioning of companies and that allow them to make decisions to solve problems, all this without forgetting their ethical principles towards society and the environment in which unfolds.

Specific objectives:

• Train Administrators with a proactive and comprehensive vision, for change and innovation, versed in professional practice, with knowledge of the theoretical principles of administration and social sciences that support them in the management of companies and that allow them to analysis of the processes and tasks that they will carry out during their professional performance in organizations, thus participating in decision-making, to solve problems.
• Promote the strategic analysis of organizations, carrying out the study of the theoretical and practical elements that seek to explain their development and growth.
• Train trained professionals to create and implement their own business, with a special focus on micro, small and medium enterprises, which allows them to generate employment and contribute to regional and national development.
• Develop executives who perform managerial functions, with conceptual knowledge, human and technical skills to detect problems and present action alternatives for effective decision making.
• Train professionals with a positive and creative attitude, with an investigative and analytical spirit of the global environment, which allows them to solve problems and maximize resources, as well as develop leadership skills to lead the group to the desired objective.
