- Knowledge of art history, visual communication and semiology, necessary for the production of visual, graphic and digital discourse, demonstrating efficacy in the handling of signs.
- Humanistic and ethical training to act in relation to the handling of images, objects, communications, technological means and institutional and business endeavors.
- Understanding of the social, economic, cultural, aesthetic, technological and management variables that affect the field of design.
- Strategic planning of visual communication projects of all kinds.
- Diagnosis, supervision and evaluation of Visual Communication processes in own companies or in public and private institutions.
- Ability to design communication projects in different areas (public or private, governmental or not, own design studios or not, communication departments, publishers, advertising agencies, printers, etc).
- Knowledge of new technologies, necessary to be able to adapt to changing scenarios in the field of visual communication.
- Management of Visual, graphic and digital communication projects and companies.
- Entrepreneurship for the development of innovative and sustainable projects in the field of visual communication.
