We cultivate individuals who acquire basic knowledge related to civil and environmental engineering while maintaining a broad perspective. Students develop strong ethical values, based on an understanding of the effects civil engineering technology has on the natural and social environment. They pursue the preservation and utilization of the natural environment, and rationally form, maintain, and manage high-quality social capital.
