Special pedagogy: training of bachelors in the field of speech therapy is carried out in the form of full-time education based on the national qualification framework, professional standards, and the requirements and needs of the staff.
Training in all forms of education is organized on the basis of the credit-module system. The standard duration of the full-time bachelor's program is 4 years.

- In accordance with the "Classification of the main positions and occupations of employees (HALIKK-2020)" in general secondary schools, preschool educational organizations, specialized educational institutions for children with special educational needs (preschool educational organizations, schools, boarding schools) (hereinafter - specialized educational institutions) to carry out pedagogical activities in the established order in the position of a special pedagogue (teacher-speech therapist); - as a tutor (assistant pedagogue) to general educational institutions (pre-school educational organizations, schools, boarding schools) where the inclusive education system has been introduced (hereinafter - educational institutions where the inclusive education system has been introduced) conducting pedagogical activities; - carrying out correctional and pedagogical activities in speech therapist and equivalent positions in medical organizations belonging to the health care system; - engage in scientific-pedagogical research works in network scientific-research institutes and as an independent researcher; - management of the educational institution in accordance with the professional standard of the director of specialized educational institutions, educational institutions with an inclusive education system; - covers a range of complex issues, such as working as a laboratory technician, head of the office in a general secondary school, specialized educational institutions, professional educational institutions, higher educational institutions.
