The country is in transition stage, requires large number of dynamic health professionals and life style advisers.  Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research Hospital  under Sri Sri University intends to contribute and provide a quality health education and awareness under the expert supervision of health processionals with spiritual harmony.

Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital was established in  January 2019  with the blessing of  Pujya Gurudev Hon. Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji  and grown further with the visionary attitude of our  Hon. president Prof. Rajita Kulkarni  madam.

The institute get even more shaped and empowered with a sound technical direction, under the able guidance of respected Dean sir  Prof. (Dr). Pradip Kumar Panda, Medical Superintendent  Prof. (Dr). Durga Prasad Dash  and last but not the least  Dr. Sandhya Sadana  as chief administrative officer.

At present the college has started with three teaching departments they are department of Ayurveda Samhita and Siddhnata, Sharira Kriya Vigyana (Physiology) and Rachana Sharira Vigyana (Anatomy). Individual departments are updated with adequate number of charts,models, specimens, library books, other departmental assets like computer, printer and other essential and desirable instruments equipment, as per & other infrastructure to conduct UG courses. Central Library is specious with proper ventilation and adequate light. Total  2647  books are available in which  1084  Ayurvedic books,  1088  modern books,  475  other books, and Journals of different discipline are been included which is satisfactory. E-journals are also available for students & staff. Library is with e-Granthalaya facility developed by NIC govt of India and ‘OPAC’ software. Both lecture halls are well equipped with latest audio visual aids like Ceiling over head projectors, mat screen, sound systems and WI-FI facility.

The curriculum and syllabus for these programs is designed as per  NCISM  Guidelines. It is updated to ensure that students receive integrated, coherent learning experiences that contribute towards their personal, academic and professional learning and development.

The college offers Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery ( B.A.M.S.- Ayurvedacharya ) degree course approved by NCISM, sanctioned by AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi and affiliated  Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha.

The professional course ( B.A.M.S. degree- Ayurvedacharya ) offered, is of a period of 4.5 years comprising of four phases. In addition to this, there is compulsory rotatory internship training for a period of one year.

Sri Sri University conducts its own entrance exam, the Sri Sri University Common Entrance Test (SSUCET), for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
