The Sobey MBA program emphasizes responsible leadership and immerses you in intercultural, unique local and global business experiences that will transform you and cultivate your innovation skills and entrepreneurial mindset. You will develop a strong network through the experienced international classmates you work with, as well as our extended community of alumni. You will graduate ready to embrace new responsibilities and roles, and to make a positive impact on the world. The mandatory international study component will set you up to succeed in today's intercultural workplace.

The Sobey MBA program emphasizes responsible leadership and immerses you in intercultural, unique local and global business experiences that will transform you and cultivate your innovation skills and entrepreneurial mindset. An undergraduate degree (any discipline) from a recognized university with at least a "B" average (3.0/4.3 GPA) or equivalent. Official transcripts must be sent from each post-secondary institution attended by the applicant.
2-3 years' work experience is preferred, but not required.
Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate their English language proficiency by submitting an acceptable English language test score.
We look for demonstrated leadership qualities.
