Qassim University (QU) is one of the government universities in Saudi Arabia. The university was established in 2004 and has 16 colleges. The number of its faculty members is about 2800, along with about 3000 employees serving its over 26,000 male and female students. Currently, QU is the first university in Saudi Arabia that have got the 5 stars plus in the QS rating. The QU main campus is located at 7.8 million square meters in the center of the Qassim region, near Prince Naif Airport, and in an intermediate area between its cities and governorates. QU vision is to become a nationally distinguished institution of higher education, supporting sustainable development in the Qassim Region, and helping to advance knowledge based society. However, its mission is to provide high quality, accredited education, produce competent graduates who meet the needs of the labour market, conduct applied research and offer quality community services to develop Qassim Region and to contribute to the building of a knowledge based economy. All goals will be achieved by using the most advanced technology and information technology and information processing, fostering national and international partnerships, and boosting the university's resources.

Medical City of QU, founded in 2017, aims to offer healthcare services to the
students and staff on the university campus. These facilities are designed to
handle students’ medical needs effectively and conveniently. It provides extensive free health services, including primary healthcare
services, specialized outpatient clinics, advanced diagnostic facilities, different
surgical and medical care that deal with diverse medical conditions, and counseling services for mental health support. In addition, QU has health promotion
initiatives that aim to raise awareness about various health topics, including
health campaigns, workshops, seminars, and events to educate students to
encourage student wellness. Qassim University established partnerships and
collaborations with local healthcare providers to ensure that the students have
access to specialized care beyond the scope of on-campus services. The Medial
City team is formed of 729 staff, including physicians (303), nurses (64), technicians
(27), and healthcare professional employees (135).
2. Sports Facilities :
The on-campus Sports Facilities Complex at Qassim University provides diverse
on-campus sports facilities and amenities to staff, faculty, and students to

The university offers well-appointed dorms with facilities such as kitchens, baths, bedrooms, gyms, laundry rooms, free internet, cafes, restaurants, and cleaning services. The housing administration makes sure that students live in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, which helps them feel like they belong. Each building contains 12 suites equipped with these amenities, and the campus includes 16 buildings with a capacity of 2,500 students.
2) Campus Facilities
· Laboratories and Lecture Halls: These well-equipped, contemporary areas are intended to encourage a spirit of passion and hard work among staff and students.
· Cafés and Restaurants: These establishments are spread out over the campus, offering students convenient dining options at very limited costs.
