The Peking University HSBC Business School Master or Certificate in China Studies for Economics & Management (MCS/CCS) Programme is designed to set an international benchmark for business studies with in-depth China insight. The programme aims to deliver profound vision of China with a global perspective. The courses are taught in Shenzhen, Beijing, and other cities in China, providing students with a thorough and comprehensive understanding of China’s economy, financial market, and corporate management.

 

Upon meeting the graduation requirements, students of this programme will receive a Master's degree or Certificate from Peking University.

This program combines various disciplinary approaches to allow students to understand and analyze business processes in China. It provides research fundamentals for professionals, allowing them to realize their research potential. For International Applicants

  • Non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport.
  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Proof of English proficiency. Non-native English speakers should provide either TOEFL (90 and above) or IELTS (6.5 and above) test results or equivalent evidence of English proficiency.
  • Working experience. Applicants with previous experience in entrepreneur management  are preferred.


For Applicants from Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan

  • Applicants from Hong Kong or Macau must hold
  • Hong Kong or Macau permanent resident ID card, and
  • Either "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents" or "Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents."


Applicants from Taiwan must hold:


  • A valid identity certificate for living in Taiwan, and
  • Either "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or "Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents."
  • A bachelor's degree. Applicants who graduated from non-Chinese universities must hold a bachelor's degree from a university accredited by the Ministry of Education of P. R. China.
  • Provide either TOEFL (90 and above) or IELTS (6.5 and above) test results, or equivalent evidence of English proficiency.
  • Working experience. Applicants with previous experience in entrepreneur management are preferred.
