Special (Defectological) Education

Orel State University has 84 undergraduate degree courses (full and part-time) which centre around the major research and teaching programmes and 15 specialist’s programmes in 8 academic areas. See the full list. These include:

Candidates can begin their applications and submit their documents from June. The period of submission ends at different times over July to August for different courses. Applications can be sent by post or online. Some courses require a medical check to enroll.  

Applicants for a bachelor's degree must have completed secondary education, confirmed by a document (such as certificate or diploma) that allows them to apply for higher education at a university. Find out about the enrollment times for different bachelor’s courses. Applicants are required to take admissions tests.

Students who do not speak Russian can complete a foundation course.
