Candidates applying for University’s Scholarships (NUS Research Scholarships or President’s Graduate Fellowships) or EngD/PhD programmes are expected to have a Bachelor’s degree with honours at least Second Class Upper. Note that possession of these qualifications does not guarantee admission.
