Bachelor of Physical and Health Education in Sport and Physical Education

Human Kinetics is a discipline focused on the study and practice of human movement and exercise and their impact on health and physical performance. The programs will help students develop knowledge and practical skills related to community health promotion, chronic disease prevention, and rehabilitation. The main focus of Sport and Physical Education program is to provides students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential to sport and physical education activity. It prepares students to coach, teach, administer, develop, and promote sport and physical activity programs or to pursue graduate studies in physical and health education.
