The four-year full-time undergraduate programme at Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University aims to provide a teacher education that expands knowledge and awareness in each of the major areas of human knowledge while significantly deepening understanding in one or more of these areas. 

The University offers 45 Undergraduate Programmes at 5 Institutes:

  • Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology
  • Institute of Philology
  • Institute of Natural Sciences
  • Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science 
  • Institute of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts

Students can enrol in undergraduate programmes in a wide range of disciplines such as education, humanities, arts, social sciences, economics and business, natural sciences, technical sciences and technologies, and service.

In total, the university has about 8000 students, including 5508 undergraduate students. The University implements double degree programmes, academic mobility programmes for students, invites guest professors from different countries of the world leading universities.

Masters and doctoral students at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University play a central role in the extensive research activities of the University and make a significant contribution to the overall educational process.

The Master's programme was formed in 2002 and is responsible for the majority of the University's postgraduate programmes in the humanities, pedagogical and natural sciences. It offers Master of Arts, Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in about 39 educational programmes (25 for Master's and 14 for PhD).

In total, the University has about 350 master's students and 60 doctoral students.

Application documents include transcripts from the university, letters of recommendation, and target application. International students whose native language is not English may have to prove their language proficiency by taking tests such as TOEFL or IELTS.

The academic year at the university is divided into semesters, the cost of postgraduate studies is 4000 USD per year, housing and food are paid additionally.
