The success of every company in the engineering industry largely depends on well-planned and managed production processes, properly selected technologies and tools.
Help build competitive and sustainable industrial production
The future of industry is in your hands! Smart robotic manufacturing, digitalisation of production, prototyping, corporate governance and innovation management are just some of the keywords that describe the industry today. If you want to contribute to the development of industry-leading companies and to ensure that products are produced in the most efficient, sustainable and profitable way – this is the programme for you! From understanding advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to intelligent robotics and prototyping, from human resource management to industrial enterprise management, this programme offers a unique combination of competences.
Are you interested in the alignment of engineering technologies, and organisations and business? Can you think outside the box when it comes to engineering creativity and solutions? During this course, you will carry out many of your assignments in cooperation with companies, where you will develop your knowledge of industrial production and its management. Thanks to integrated apprenticeships and specialisations that respond to the needs of today’s market, you will be ready to start your career straight away with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Specialising in Digital Manufacturing or Production Management during your studies will not only open the door not only to an even wider engineering world, but also to a market that is in demand. Industrial engineering – from zero to hero!
Do you like to organise, develop and create? In this programme, you will understand the fundamentals of engineering technology, learn to design digital manufacturing systems and organise pre-production and production processes. It will prepare you to be a production operations manager, able to make decisions independently and responsibly. You will also learn about product quality assessment, business ethics, product development philosophy and digital manufacturing transformations. You will master the fundamentals of both general and industrial enterprise management. A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering can lead to a career in manufacturing engineering and other industries, organising production, developing modern technologies and conducting research. You will find yourself as a production systems designer, technologist, project manager, or control and quality expert.
Do you want to contribute to the development of the industry of the future and ensure that products are produced in the most efficient, sustainable and profitable way? In today’s world of digitalisation and automation of tasks, the ability to manage automation and digitalisation processes is more important than ever. As technology penetrates the industrial market, this programme will teach you how to ensure that the interaction between technology and human beings is efficient and effective. As an industrial engineer, you’ll be able to work with all types of products: from LEGO bricks to pharmaceuticals and food industry equipment, from the smallest part of a car to a complex machine.
A qualification in industrial engineering gives you unlimited career opportunities – both in Lithuania and abroad. You can work as an engineering project developer or as a technology planner in supply chain optimisation, quality, or production supervision. As an industrial engineer, you can work as a production, operations, logistics, project manager, quality officer or consultant. During an integrated apprenticeship, you’ll get an in-depth insight into the workings of a modern industrial company, gaining work experience in different departments of the company.
