Executive MBA Program

The UF MBA Executive program offers a management-focused curriculum for experienced business leaders. Cohorts of 40-50 ensure students have a personalized experience while building a broad network, including approximately 800 working professional UF MBA students studying while maintaining a full-time job. A minimum of eight years of work experience combined with progressive management responsibility is required as students are surrounded by peers from multiple industries with similar executive-level experience. The curriculum covers core business disciplines, elective topics and is focused on developing management, leadership, and decision making skills. Students complete a required week-long international residency to compare concepts across cultures and operating environments. The advantage of this program is immediate return on investment as students put academic knowledge into action right away as working executives. Executive MBA cohorts begin every August and the 20 month program is divided into five four-month terms. One Saturday-Sunday trip to Gainesville per month is required. This program allows executives to return to their normal life quickly with their MBA in hand.
