The Berkeley Haas Flex MBA offers the ultimate in flexibility for working professionals who want to earn their MBA. At Berkeley Haas, we want to prioritize flexibility in attendance, adapt to the changing environment, and allow learning from anywhere. That's why we're offering a flexible format that allows you to gain the same high-quality MBA degree, taught by the same faculty as our Full-time, Evening & Weekend, and EMBA students, but without the commute.

For the first half of the program, you'll take core courses online from wherever is convenient for you. Online classes will be a mix of live and on-demand. You'll join online at a set time each week – Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-6pm Pacific Time – for about half of your coursework. The rest will be completed on a schedule that works for you.
When you begin taking elective courses, you can either continue to attend online or come to campus for in-person instruction. The best of both worlds.

Mission Statement: We are redefining the business graduate.A fundamental step is to get the culture right: People who question the status quo, project confidence without attitude, learn as students always, and think beyond themselves. We add the right core, elective, and experiential curriculum to deliver leaders who create the future. Our archetype is the Innovative Leader, which has four parts: They build enterprises powered in every business area by new ideas put into action.
