The Faculties of Human and Social Sciences (Comillas CIHS) and of Economic and Business Sciences (Comillas ICADE) combine their tradition and prestige to create an innovative training proposal that seeks to prepare the leaders of companies and organizations of the future.

The world of work is changing, the impact of digitization has accelerated and the priorities of management and society have been modified. At Comillas we are aware that talent management translates into an impact on society and on the entire value creation chain, and that it must be promoted by all the companies' governing bodies. In this context, the role of managers in contributing to the development of talent is essential.

Therefore, this new degree is aimed at all those young people interested in working with people and for the common good, motivated and wanting to make a difference in the way they manage interpersonal relationships, companies and organizations.
