Industry Immersion Year- Students learn essential hospitality and management skills, including customer service, culinary fundamentals, and leadership coaching. The program prepares them for success in the industry through hands-on experience and practical learning. The year concludes with a 6-month internship, where students apply their skills in hotel or restaurant departments with guidance from career coaches.
Year 1- In the first year, students build a strong foundation in hospitality business. They cover topics such as mathematics, economics, accounting, and cultural awareness while also focusing on nutrition and language studies. Through practical and academic learning, students prepare for future success in the hospitality industry. At the end of the year, students embark on a 6-month internship, where they can apply their skills and take on leadership roles in hospitality settings.
Year 2- In year two of the Bachelor of Science program, students focus on specialized courses essential for the hospitality industry. They learn about hotel design, international tourism, business methods, law, marketing, finance, innovation, and strategic management.
Year 3- In the final year of the Bachelor of Science program at César Ritz Colleges, students concentrate on advanced subjects crucial for leadership positions in hospitality. They study hospitality leadership, human resources, sustainable tourism, and career management. The year ends with a dissertation.
