Arts Sciences & Technology University in Lebanon

Founded in year 2000, AUL is a career-oriented, student-centered institution with the mission of creating access to higher education. AUL aspires to be one of the nation’s leading universities recognized for excellence and innovation in education, contribution to the advancement of knowledge and commitment to serve the community. AUL is an independent, not for profit and nondenominational Lebanese higher education institution with undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Historically, the need for growth and expansion to meet the needs of Lebanon’s students has been the strategic policy of the university in establishing new faculties, programs and research centers. AUL has been expanding progressively since its establishment to become in a multi-campus HEI with 7 campuses today, spreading across the Lebanese territory. AUL has also become a hub for Arab students. AUL has graduated more than 20,000 students over the years. AUL aims to be one of Lebanon’s leading HEIs that has recognition for excellence and innovation from international accreditation bodies at both programs and faculty levels.

AUL holds memberships in professional organizations and partnership with prestigious international universities. This assists AUL in maintaining excellence in educational practices. AUL graduates are automatically admitted to affiliate institutions in USA, UK, France, among others, for pursuing their masters and Ph.D. degrees at reduced tuitions.

Established in the context of a European Erasmus+ project, the LCPI’s objectives are to foster quality education and to align teaching and learning strategies and practices with international standards in aim of continuous improvement.
