Through this master we support the leaders of the future in the public and social profit sector: general managers and staff members of cities and municipalities, school boards, cabinet members, Flemish and federal top officials, care managers, project managers and directors of NGOs, employees of independent government organisations such as VRT, Bpost, NMBS and VDAB.

Courses have an international focus, with interactive classes, a personalized approach, and a final master project in which students apply their knowledge through practical experience.

Start your application online here. You will be sent a list of required documents to submit, and invited to complete an online numerical and verbal assessment. You may then be asked to attend an interview on campus or via Microsoft Teams, to assess your motivation, leadership skills and language proficiency. After completing the application procedure, you should expect an answer within one to two weeks.
