The training is organized with a double objective, on the one hand to promote scientific research in the field of applied geology and on the other hand the training of specialized teacher-researchers. It allows young doctoral students to prepare their theses in a scientific environment that helps them in their professional life, either in the economic sector or in higher education. Research activities relate to several areas, namely: fundamental research, research and development and research in the socio-economic or applied field.
Evaluation method
- A preparatory year: courses and workshops to strengthen the knowledge of the doctoral student in his field of research.
Plus a transversal training where the doctoral student develops knowledge in complementary fields such as language, ethics, communication, scientific writing….
- Publication of scientific works and writing of a doctoral thesis
