Candidates can begin their applications and submit their documents from June. The period of submission ends at different times over July to August for different courses. Applications can be sent by post or online. Some courses require a medical check to enroll.
Applicants for a bachelor's degree must have completed secondary education, confirmed by a document (such as certificate or diploma) that allows them to apply for higher education at a university. Students who do not speak Russian can complete a foundation course.
